Maybe we are getting somewhere. Hearing lots of people saying this being nice stuff is BS.

"Being nice" is code for, "I am in the Uni-Party and can't attack the other side."
That is the only reason Republicans play nice when they have control. People are waking up to it.
That's exactly how I interpret "I can work with people."
Bingo. Also, "working across the aisle" is another one.
