If I could only use two words to describe the shape of his nose, I'd say "banana bridge".

It could be the classic Gallic nose, which has a high bridge. If the photo is taken from an angle, it could look like it swerves. I've seen it on an uncle (by marriage) from Normandy, and on another uncle (by marriage) from Quebec.
