I'm not on Truth yet (hoping for a desktop version ... I rarely used Twatter on my Android phone). From what I've seen, Truth and Twitter look a LOT alike. I know that looks don't mean that the platforms under the hood are not the same. However, I wonder if the plan is to basically merge the two.
Truth is probably being held up by massive cyberattacks. Twitter wouldn't have those problems assuming their infrastructure is set up to handle that. I think it'd make sense to simply incorporate the current Truth users into Twitter once the acquisition is complete. It seems like everything on Truth would neatly fit into Twitter.
Facebook would be another acquisition target if it were up to me. I frigging HATE that site as it is. It isn't just the censorship, it's all of the snooping and sniffing it does. Meta could keep the VR, Instagram, and all of the other crap they own ... only Facebook needs to be bought. Once speech is liberated there, it could become a much more interesting site. Both Facebook and Twitter were used brilliantly to get Trump elected in 2016 ... that's basically why Trump and his supporters were silenced on both platforms about a year before the 2020 campaign heated up.
If both of those sites are owned by people interested in maintaining freedom of speech, liberals would be set back several years. From there, it's a matter of getting at least one of the alphabet networks to quit with the woke bullshit (i.e. CBS, NBC, ABC) ... normies are well trained to ignore all news except from anything that can be found over the air. If one of those networks would start telling the truth, it's game over for extreme wokeness.
Liberals really shot their wad when it comes to social media. I doubt they could pull off achieving the critical mass to make sites equivalent to Facebook and Twitter. They'll all flock to Reddit if they aren't there already.

That’s what I’m thinking. Elon buys Twitter and sells it at a significant discount to merge with TS.
