Fauci tried to use the LNP as a carrier to use Mrna on the HIV, the US Patent was turned down many times as the delivery system couldn't pass the threshold for efficacy, much like the coof vax!

Dr Martin explains it well, there was and is ALL the evidence needed to prove patents existed before the SARS COV was even out!
