And why is a white guy from Canada in Haiti? Hatians speak French as well as Canadians. Pretty easy for the language barrier to be breached. He has ties to the Canadian government? I guess he popped down to Haiti to pick up a few homeless kids and help them out. "hey, young Hatian, would you like to go back to cold Canada with me and start a wonderful life?" I bet that is how it works.
