Yes generally true, just takes time. However, the IRS can be very vague in definition, which infuriates me. And can then retroactively apply their ‘new’ definitions to prior tax years.

Yup, that's part of their method.....

I will never say they aren't thieves, nor will I say they write things in an easy to understand way.....

They have tried to Master the skill of deception in writing, but, it's mostly smoke and mirrors....
