A reverse search show that these images are Antifa member mugshots following their arrests (likely from the Portland riots) as featured in Andy Ngo's book titled:

"Unmasked: Inside Antifa's Radical Plan to Destroy Democracy".

What private hell do these people live in to look this way and to do these horrible things?
