If they're going to accept the new work policies then yes, I do want them to stay employed. Just cause they did their jobs before doesn't mean they should be assumed to not do their jobs now.

Again, just because people act certain ways does not give us the right to ruin their lives even if they tried to ruin ours. Unless it became a life or death situation, both sides, as always, are blowing things out of proportion.
