Hey frens. I need to find some official information about Operations Lockstp. In particular the parts where they basically describe they objectives of the senario. Can someone help?

So far i found this.

Its pretty good. I recall someone reporting about a scenario kind of like this done in 2019 just before COVID am i getting the name wrong?

Written in 2010 for the pretend future scenario in 2012, Then played out in real time with COVID 19. Page 18 for the scenario.
