I'm not sure, they must have a post limit set on a timer. After about 15 minutes it came back and I was able to post again. I saw someone else who got warned for following to many people, got a 3 day hold on his ability to follow people. Its crazy over there, people saying they won't be able to sleep...lol. They are trying to build their accounts back up. Think I am still shadow banned, I have got like 28 followers over the last 2 days and that is from posting stuff on other peoples feeds. I have no one liking anything I post. I contacted twitter and asked nicely to remove the shadow ban. I imagine they will be busy with other stuff for a while. I'm being patient.
