Smoothies are the way to go. You can put lots of nutrition into a smoothie. Think raw egg yolks, nut butters, coconut oil or better, Nutiva's coconut Manna, berries and bananas, all kinds of nuts and seeds, and various milks, like oat, almond, walnut, cashew, etc. Mix it up!
Then there's soups: Bone broths, add lots of vegetables and some meat. Chicken soup with noodles and meat. Italian wedding soup with little meatballs. You can process anything that is too big for you right now.
