It's from the classic 1960s science fiction novel Dune by Frank Herbert, later made into at least three movies.

The parallels to the books are uncanny. I see Trump and Trump Jr as Paul, "Q" (and team) as Leto II, Melania as lady Jessica, Hillary and Pelosi as Reverend Mother Mohiam, Biden as Baron Harkonnen, Hunter as Feyd, Putin as Duncan Idaho, Pence as Yueh, and Limbaugh as Thufir, Soros as Shadam IV... And I could go on and on.
Sure is not exact. But it's interesting.
There are also great parallels with Trump and Richard Rahl from Sword of Truth novels.
