They do not have to go down below....yet...90% of Avostals underground was built in the soviet Era the RF has the construction plans...plug the holes...and question everything that presumes to move in open and bomb the surface daily...as resources deplete that which was considered an asset becomes a tomb...I am cool with that. If there are civilians below those who seal their fates will see a noose soon enough...The Russians started arresting some POWs and they are they charging them with war crimes today.
