Someone's feewings must have been hurt by all the "Is that a man??" comments, since the Daily Mail felt it was necessary to mention a pregnancy. Also going for pity points - don't say anything bad about the poor preggo lady, as if we're supposed to feel bad for someone who is queued up to be Head Control Freak.
