I'm not low carb or no carb so to me that's not a negative.
I like it for the iron. I don't eat red meat becausr TMAO is toxic so i get extra iron from cashews, dark choco, and Total to make up for slightly lower iron in white meat
Obviously you've made up your mind, but I'd never heard of TMAO and did a search - I think the toxicity is a myth. It's in both meat and eggs, and eggs have turned out to be a superfood vs the instant heart attack (and drugged brain-death, or something) they were touted as relatively recently.
