Unless you're day trading you should be buying the warrants instead of the stock.
The stock is $50. The warrants is $20. If you exercise the warrants you can buy a stock at $11.50, so your shares cost $31.50.
Why would you buy the stock at a premium when you can buy the warrant and exercise it at a discount?
I'm a big warrant holder also, but be aware that if by some horrible chance the merger does not happen warrants become worthless unlike the stock.
