So, the solution was to release a bioweapon -- not in the US, but in China??

Think like a ruler of peasants you care nothing about. If their economy implodes, how do you prevent them from attacking their rulers? How do you do it without the bad press of another Tiananmen square? Albeit evil, it's a logical act.
Look at Shanghai now. It's a pressure cooker. Millions of people that have been locked up for months, had their pets brutally killed, and are now being starved. It won't take much to set this ticking time bomb off. China will then have a lot more to worry about than just an imploding economy.

But a benefit in China is, seems less plausible and sells more easily as natural or accidental that way. Also, they have so many people, they want to reduce the population too. Keep in mind, it killed mostly old people, the nonproductive nonmoney-making population. These people are sick, but that’s what I think their mindset is.

Yeah, it’s sick and it worked against them. I do have friends in parts of China and it’s unusual at how they are speaking out against the government.
But if you remember that Mercy ship in NY, they were pissed Trump got it going so fast and then it wasn’t used. Instead idiot boy killed off a ton of old folks in homes. So, that’s what I think they were really hoping for, more elderly deaths.
I think, if there is something funny about this, is that, yet again, something manufactured (covid) in China and it’s just junky low quality stuff. Made is China crap. So, it clearly wasn’t effective.
I bet they were hoping for something much deadly. And then, you know Q mentions that movie, Hunt for Red October. Instead of a missile, it’s covid. And the missile not armed in time is covid not having enough time to be effective. That’s what I think that meant. Q forced them to use the weapon before it was effective.
