I believe they’ve owned it for a while. Right now it is all a deception to give them time to deal with the big players via their military tribunals.
Based on how many in Congress have had Covid and don’t seem to be really active in media afterwards - I think they’ve been rolling up the Congress critters. Eventually they will have to tell the world what is happening when they can’t hide it any longer.
Remember a few months ago Nancy Drew(?) caught some some kind of ceremony going on at the US Capitol? Families were dressed up, attending something there that was never discussed. All sorts of black vehicles and people walking in. Almost like a swearing in?
