They are definitely not in Kiev. Russia are mopping up in that area. Pity. Killing two birds with one stone might have saved many innocent lives.

Russia isn’t in Kiev anymore… even the Russians admitted that. This is an obvious PR stunt, be mad at them for pandering but this “green screen” bull shit reeks of desperation.
