Not the fund raisers' right to fine me, or demand anything of a freely traveling citizen, who is not a commercial driver nor one carrying passengers for profit.
Noting all the laws and ordinances pertaining to travel on highways and roadways seem to be in duplicate, one for commercial licensed drivers and one for others traveling on the roads. It's been changing my mind slowly about the legalese and sovereign citizen arguments.
Wow. I'll mention to you what I tell my kids. Usually it was about masks, but it still pertains.
So, you know why they ask you to do it, and you have your own beliefs on that. If you are gonna protest it, then I'm proud of you, and you go for it. In the mean time, until you send in a letter with your arguments against it, and show why it is wrong, they still have rules about it. Like it or not you've agreed to abide by those rules, which means if they decide to enforce them, you'll have to be responsible and take your lumps.
So I encourage you to let your opinion be known, and not just tell em why it's wrong, show them, and demonstrate, through documentation. Write letters. Show evidence, studies, in this case your sovereignty. Expose the hypocrisy. Then and only then will your argument be just. Until then you are just a petulent, rebellious child in their eyes, but I'll still be proud of you
And if you get detention, I'll by you ice cream for after.
My point is, why is it a law in the first place? I can get on my 400 pound death machine motorcycle without a seatbelt.
The point is when that entitled chick going 40 over limit in her BMW clips you on your way to the store you live to complain about it.
Seat belts are not as often for you as to protect you from other idiots.
That's why I wear one when I ride my motorcycle. Excellent point.
Then it's MY CHOICE

Good I suppose but I am very sorry for their suffering in government institutions.
But not without a helmet unless you want a ticket.
So we agree that it is required by law that people wear their seat belts.
You care way too much about my statement. Relax.
