One consistent exception I maintain in picking up trash is to never pick up in front of someone who appears to have possibly tossed it.

Fallen people don't like to have their behavior brought to light.

Hopefully you'll meet some other pickers. Everyone I've met has been a goodie!

Wasn't there a gif on the larger scored network a few days back of a dude picking up trash and these two chicks were taking it out of the trash can and throwing it back on the ground?
