Reading through OP's post and the comments section got me to thinking; the core ideology at the heart of ANTIFA and BLM is that you have to burn the society down to rebuild it.
Imagine instead that after BLM, ANTIFA or some other group instigates a riot, once things cool down, a bunch of locals showed up with brooms, dustpans, trash bags, and if they have them, building materials and fire extinguishers and cleaned up the messes, put out the fires, and helped rebuild, or at least boarded up broken windows.
I guess you could call it an "anti-riot," and it would be a great way to bring communities together and show at least the people in the neighborhood who the real "bad guys" are....
You don't need to organize, either, just keep an eye on the news, and, if you have the time, grab your stuff after shit has gone down, and be there to clean up.

Hopefully it catches on
Yes -- they tear it down.
We build it up -- the way WE want it. Not the way they want it.
Exactly
