You will never convince me this isn't deliberate. After all, if you try a DDoS attack to keep folks from the TS content, you get keeping new eyes from the Q drops as a bonus.
I just noticed this as well and went to "new" to see if others had reported it. It may be deliberate. When things like this happen we do get a little insight into the infrastructure of sites. Now we know qagg.news is using vanwa.tech for their DDOS/CND protection (never heard of them before).
For those who may not be aware: alternatives to qagg.news:
IIRC, Vanwa is the DDoS mitigation used by 8kun, too, but that might've changed.
Anything Q site crash-related is automatically assumed to have Frederick Brennan's cocktail weenie-sized fingers on it, IMO. His latest campaign over the weekend is to create the impression that anons believe TS @Q is legit.
Yeah. Saw that this morning. I keep their site open on the computer at work instead of going on the iphone for the app. Hope it comes back soon.

I still mourn qmap.pub, the OG of Q sites.
If site owners are coming under a renewed wave of attacks, that suggests they are over the target on something particularly spicy..

1.) Operation Q - https://operationq.pub/
2.) Q Anon Pub - https://qanon.pub/
Do you know how to see TSQ posts? Qagg was the only way I could follow because I am not a fan of Apple.
