He’s been accused of all sorts of things, mostly sandbagging numbers, overpromising, lying to the SEC, tweeting lies (e.g. securing funding to take Tesla private, which end of the day he actually did secure funding, lol), etc. But all just corporate stuff.

But with him gaining richest man alive status and he’s bulldozing his way into cabal plans, he’s in the spotlight now. The ‘machine’ is definitely after him big time.
