A company CEO who says that they want to stay politically neutral, and is met with an outcry from its employees, needs to find new employees.

Threaten them with the sack, or better yet, let them work and donate their salary to free speech campaigners - they'll soon shut up because at heart they are all cowards hiding behind someone elses' skirt.
