Possibly, but sounds like decisions on abortions will be in the hands of individual states. Blue states will continue on doing what they do.

I’d expect this would end federal funding of Planned Parenthood

It being in the hands of the state is how it should have been from the beginning. It is the essence of reading the constitution and realizing theres nothing in there about it and therefore 10th Amendment applies.
