Hi firstly my memory was playing tricks, it wasn't Betty Ong it was the flight attendant CeeCee Lyles who made the phone call to her boyfriend, where at the end she whispers "It's a frame"!

I've found it again here at around the 36 min mark or sightly before, you can hear the telephone call for yourself. Like building 7 many have never heard about this either.
