While this is a win at face value, is there some type of ulterior motive?? Was this done intentionally to enrage the left in an attempt to increase (mad) voter turn out? I personally think so

I had a different take. Remember, suddenly out of the blue Red states started passing abortion laws, that precipitated this case. It can't be random and without calculation. I bet everything is per the timeline. Here was my take.
I believe the left indeed believes this could lead to the kind of outrage to push everyone to the elections. Its why they are allowing the Roe vs Wade to be overturned. But as always, these schemes will boomergang back into their little heads.
It could effect elections in a different way. Primaries are starting. If the Left starts up Riot Season early...

People are getting their savings accounts ravaged and are tired of the violence. Riots everywhere would signify a failure of the Demonic Rats to maintain control and that crime is really increasing everywhere. This might convince people to vote for Republicans...
Not for Republicans. We're convincing them to wake up out of their stupor that whoever they've been voting for the past several decades has their bests interests in mind, and so much more.
