I really don't have an answer to this. I can't fathom how sacrificing a baby would actually do something other than act as a form of blackmail, but it must because of how seriously the elites take it.

After having gone down these rabbitholes, in retrospect, I can see how some supernatural elements involving water could be at work in my life, so perhaps it's the same if you sacrifice babies? maybe if you do that repeatedly, you will encounter powerful synchronicities. this is just a guess based on my experiences that convinced me that the belief that water had supernatural properties was true.
