Why did Olympia Brown really move to Racine, Wisconsin?
Something immediately stands out to me when I read the wiki page for Olympia Brown. Her parents, Lephia and Asa Brown, were the great-great-aunt and -uncle, of U.S. President Calvin Coolidge.
According to the eye-witness to The Witches activities, Coolidge (who died in 1933) was an important factor in uncovering of the Communist takeover plot connected to mysterious druid-like organizations.
This takeover plot case file started with a classified report by a U.S. Army Intelligence officer, co-signed by Calvin Coolidge.
Harding's Presidency was marred by several scandals, although he himself had no knowledge of the crimes until they were discovered. Harding went on a cross country trip to see We The People, went to Alaksa, fell ill, then went to San Francisco, where he died suddenly August 2, 1923. I think it predates the flood control act, but yes, the pyramids in rock lake haven't been seen since a dam was built and the water level was raised. There's also Wakanda Park Mound in Wisconsin which was also flooded by a dam around the same time as Waconda Springs, in the 1950's. Wakanda Park Mound is located on the Red Cedar River. The Mound Builders depicted the Axis Mundi as a cedar tree. This must be why a knife made of red cedar was used by medicine men to chop up the bodies of a water spirit, who are the guardians of the underworld. To chop someone or something up with a knife of red cedar seems like an attempt to sever the victim from the heavens.
It appears to me that the Mound-builders came first and if so, how did the other civilizations learn of it.

I agree with you that key to this whole mystery is what force would cause the comet impact of 13,000 years ago to land in the exact spot where the center of the galaxy (The eye) passes directly over the horizon. I can only think of two possibilities so far and I could easily be missing something, but I would think the comets force is either (1)coming directly from the galactic center meaning that it originated from that far away center or is being manipulated by some force emulating from the eye as it travels.

If some force in the galactic center can cause the earth to line up with it, then perhaps a huge amount of water vapor stuck in the atmosphere would freeze and come down as a comet in a spot that correlated with whatever caused the disaster in the first place, which would be some force emanating from the galactic center. This is obviously just a theory. I have no idea what could actually cause this.
