The SCOTUS did not need the leak to be compromised. Putting a pro-pedo in, took care of any doubt about it. If it was not prior, is was with the confirmation (Covered Executive, Legislative, AND Judicial in one fell swoop.)

I thought all that trauma we went through in winter 2020/21 was about showing us courts are compromised.
