Belief in the existence of Russian propaganda means you’ve been spending too much time watching the MSM.

Every country generates some amount of propaganda.

Of course it exists. The question is to what extent, and how much of it is true and how much is bullshit—and how much of what we see in the way of non-Russophobic news is Russian propaganda vs. just being news that doesn't fall all over itself fawning over the Ukraine.
