Overturning Roe literally just kicks it back to the states. That's all it would mean. Someone was saying how that would be bad because the states could then ban abortion. I politely explained that this is the case now and states can ban abortion anytime they want. I don't get why everyone thinks that Roe is some law passed by the legislature.
