You cannot fix one tragic crime (rape) by instituting a second tragic crime (murder).

Every child, once conceived, is a child and creation of God.

A rape resulting in a conception means the tragedy is likely to be greater for the woman, but it is what it is. No one knows if the child who is born will actually be someone who saves a million people, or not.
