It's funny, they need to hire all these crazies to support their ideas, but they can only function in a purely controlled media environment, and are too crazy to cultivate any sort of consistent image outside of "I get mad about Democrat issue of the day".

The second you actually try to get them out amongst the people, without the allure of a camera and paid audiences, it becomes clear that these are deranged people out of touch with the majority of humanity.
