Actually, we should expand the House.

3,000 of these dumb motherfuckers would be a lot harder to control than only 435.

And each would have less power to do corrupt things.

Repeal 17th Amendment (which is unconstitutional, anyway, since the Constitution prohibits any amendment which would violate state sufferage).
