We couldn't possibly know the IQ of black Americans

1. Not many Black American people even take the IQ test.
2. Not many Black Americans care to do well on the "standardized" test.
3. If you got the black inner city kid to sit there and take an IQ test. He mostly like wouldn't take it seriously and not care.

The violence issue is a legit problem. It's not going to go away until we expose the bigger corruption of the black market.

Governments create shit holes.

What the hell is our tax dollars for?????

The tax dollars is the general contract with the public.

This general contract is suppose to take care of things like

1. Police and security
2. Firefighting and disasters
3. Business relations in recruiting companies to bring their business to the area.

I could include education on this.

But before a school system can thrive. These 3 things must be in place first.

If they are not there. That's because you have a corrupt politcal system who wants it that way.
