Yes and let them know they will be liable for damages. A delivery driver should have enough sense that some of the delivery areas just do not look right. In fact brick Companies should be embarrassed that what they sell are being used for this

Oh my! The video cameras pointing at that street corner were malfunctioning at the very 10 minutes the truck delivered the pallot o bricks.
