Hey guys.... A company has bought $3 million (in just one month) in our idyllic rural county in Western New York. Real estate is cheap here—lakes and farmland, small towns, good values—-and I want to see if Black Rock is ultimately behind it.

Here’s the info:

The first real estate transaction was made on Jan. 3 and involves 16 properties in 10 different towns. The Chagrin Land Limited Partnership, located in Pepper Pike, Ohio sold the properties to Picus Silva, Inc. The amount recorded in the county records was $3,762,820.

According to NY Company Registry, Picus Silva Inc. was established on Dec. 20, 2021 as a foreign business corporation type registered at 28 Liberty St., New York. The county for this company is Cattaraugus, which is a neighboring county to ours. Both are very similar. I’m sure they’ll lay a trail all over a western New York.

They also have offices in Texas.

I’m a writer and hope to expose this to the people who live here.
