This is before Disney cashed in on these old fairy tales, and its notable that though this short is called Snow White it mixes together Alice in Wonderland, Snow White and Sleeping Beauty.
Like several of the Betty Boop shorts, there's a preoccupation with death/hades (see Minnie the Moocher for more of that), hallucinogenic referenced transformations intended to reveal that which was hidden, along with risque sex themes.
It's probably a safe bet that Fleischer was thoroughly Crowleyan, or at least whomever worked through him if these were early social engineering projects.
However I'm unclear on how the DS would be using this for comms in 1933. This is 15 years before the formation of the CIA and subsequent media and culture psy ops. What sort of intel entity in the USA in 1933 had their grip on popular entertainment like this?
