What's some good early treatment and prevention, all my wives coworkers are coming down with the wuflu, i got zinc vit d, quercetin, and nac. Missing anything?

Definitely not taking any tests, but unfortunately for me all my local feed stores do not carry ivermectin anymore lol. Luckily i think ive already had it. Idk though. Oh well was gonna happen at some point
