Clarence Thomas just said that SCOTUS will not be deterred or held hostage to politics.

That statement could apply to a ruling on lots of topics. I’m skeptical, but it did cross my mind the Roe v. Wade scenario could galvanize enough Justices to take and hear a case on the election. For now, I’ll keep praying.
