On the next episode of clown world, in a controversial bill, Congress approved prisoners to participate in experimental organ transplants, in hopes of enabling some older prisoners a second chance, of life on the outside.

Dem: "Well, I dont see what the big deal is, they served their sentence and they've been there forever. Let them get another chance."

Repub: "This will provide the medical field some necessary data in a growing field. It's their body their choice."
