Highly relevant, with everything going on today (and probably why Trump's first "Truth" included said hashtag).

The bill was introduced to committee after Trump made the tweet though. Congress named it the covfefe act in response to Trump's prolific tweeting. The bill also died in committee, so seems like really insignificant thing to drop info about. Covfefe in the hashtag of his first Truth is probably because Trump was known for his use of social media, as he made his first post on his new social media site, so it makes sense.
