I don't claim to know one way or the other, but there could be layers to this. There's been a lot of back and forth battling on election fraud and coups over there, and of course monied interests fighting over who gets to enslave the population into lithium mining.

Imagine, for instance, if a truck full of Trump ballots wrecked and dumped in the middle of Georgia. It would be an easy stunt to pull and classic projection.

What makes it harder in Bolivia? Cabal money and assets are everywhere. Bolivians need that money more than the average American.
