ERIC's purpose is to clean voter rolls. It's my understanding they have removed a laughable number of people from the rolls. Something in the single digits maybe.
States are supposed to request updated voter roll lists monthly at the least and I am pretty sure WI has almost never requested clean rolls.
One of the data experts at the state capitol, maybe Dr. Frank (Bow Tie), mentioned that voter rolls show a spike right before the election, the fraud is committed, and then those rolls remove those added voters to make things appear legit.
Basically, there is a spike of fraudulent voters who vote, and then they are removed before they can be inspected.
It's all a shell game and always has been. There are probably several voter fraud techniques being used in combination with each other. No single technique creates the margin for victory, so they can say fraud occurred but it wasn't determinative. Added together, they easily swing provide enough aggregate votes to swing elections.
Could it be related to a faulty process for handling provisional ballots?

It seems like every single technique was used in 2020.
