If everyone refused conscription then there wouldn't be an issue.

Every time someone complies it puts the others at more risk. Just like complying with lockdowns, vax passports and and vax mandates.

The military absolutely does NOT want a draft... ever. Especially not with this generation of potential draftees. It's too much work trying to train and equip them for almost no benefit.
