Citizen's arrest powers are only applicable to felony crimes. The rules for how a citizen arrest works differ from state to state, and are often vague. And worse, a wrongful arrest can put oneself in legal trouble for making a false arrest, or incur other charges.
But, I do believe that state Attorney General's should make it a point to thoroughly educate the public about how the citizens arrest powers (within their jurisdiction) work, through detailed web sites, advertisement campaigns, or other means.
State Attorney General's should be mobilizing citizens who are willing, and able to do the job that our corrupted state government's are unwilling, or unable to do.
I agree, but it's a bit more technical than that. In order to successfully apply a citizens arrest, a -specific- (legal) criminal charge must first be applied, proper evidence gathered, and proper legal rules followed to make it work. Or else, it backfires.
Correct. Additionally, exigent circumstances and immediate harm clauses are applicable, depending on locality.

Sabotaging the election has to be a felony, especially if it is a coordinated effort
