Okay... but from July 2007. Any chance he was covering a place that was "in" because it was good for his career, but had no idea of what was going on?

At one point Trump hung out with Epstein (or at least shared some flights with him... not to the island) but then dumped him once he found out.

When the enemy can literally snuff you out in a heartbeat, maybe it's wise to keep the enemy close.
