I think we are underestimating the significance of the Ukraine-Russia conflict. Russia is fighting the Cabal / Deep State / Globalists directly in a declared (by SecDef Lloyd Austin) proxy war with the United States in Ukraine. And Russia is kicking Ukraine's ass, fanciful Ukro-propaganda to the contrary. Russia will win and will have the receipts for weapons of mass destruction (U.S., NATO, and Ukraine culpable), for war crimes (Ukraine), and has made a counter-stroke to the economic sanctions that bids fair to destroy the entire economy of Europe in a year's time (per Gonzalo Lira). The Ukraine situation is so foregone a conclusion, speculation has it that the Supreme Court leak was a stratagem to get Ukraine off the front page before the souffle' falls.
Just as another thought, pertinent to the subject of devolution and the idea that the military is awaiting a trigger event to step in... Don't you think Joe Biden threatening or attempting to command a nuclear strike be such a trigger event?
